The Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Ambassador Sem Fabrizi met today with 30 economy students from across Serbia ahead of their visit to European institutions in Brussels. The study visit by top Serbian economy students is organised by the EU Delegation to Serbia within the project Visits to EU Institutions and Member States.

While chatting with Ambassador Fabrizi, future economists showed interest in education systems of both the EU and Serbia and, given their future profession, the importance of the single EU market and the way Euro works. They also discussed topics such as economy, finance, the youth and training opportunities in the EU.

The students who have been chosen to pay a study visit to Brussels attend universities in Belgrade, Kragujevac, Nis, Novi Sad and Novi Pazar.

At the end of their meeting at the EU Info Centre, the Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Sem Fabrizi wished them a nice trip to Brussels where they will visit EU institutions focused on economy, education and the youth. During their trip, each student will make a short video about the importance of the EU integration process for each of the Member States and Serbia. Three of the best videos will be awarded.
