Federica Mogherini meets with Presidents Vučić of Serbia and Thaçi of Kosovo*

Today, Federica Mogherini, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, hosted a meeting of the High Level Dialogue with President Hashim Thaçi of Kosovo* and President Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia.

The High Representative and the two Presidents reviewed the progress made in the discussions on the framework of a legally binding agreement on comprehensive normalisation of relations between the two sides. They agreed to reconvene in a few weeks’ time to continue their work.

*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
