Call for Proposals under the small grants action “CARE – Contribution to access of refugees and IDPs to rights and employment” of the Igman Initiative:

The Igman Initiative, a network of Serbian, BiH, Montenegrin and Croatian NGOs, has launched a CfP under the regional small grants action “CARE – Contribution to access of refugees and IDPs to rights and employment,” funded by the European Commission’s DG NEAR, with a view to contributing to the technical, socio-economic and socio-cultural viability of the Regional Housing Programme.

The action is implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia. The total budget of the small grants programme stands at EUR230,000. The duration of projects under this CfP is anywhere between 6 to 12 months.

This is a restricted CfP, wherein the first step is the approval of the evaluation of full application, including the Applicants’ Declaration, registration-related documents and financial statements for previous 12 months, for eligibility check reasons.

The deadline for submission of full applications is 15 December 2018. The applications must be submitted in English. Applicants with full applications who receive a provisional approval will undergo a detailed eligibility check on the basis of supporting documents. The criteria, tentative budget, target groups and priorities are identified according to the needs of beneficiaries of the Regional Housing Programme and stated in country-specific Guidelines.
