This is an expert position in the EU funded IPA project “Improving the Quality of Education by Introducing Examinations at the End of Secondary Education”. The purpose of the project is to prepare the education system to implement the final examinations at the end of secondary education in the Republic of Serbia, as a contribution to improvement of the quality of education and higher participation in higher education.
The expert task will be to develop a capacity and training needs analysis methodology and identify the training target groups, carry out the analysis and prepare a report on the results and recommendations. He or she will elaborate functional analysis and capacity needs assessment of Institute for Education Improvement and Institute for Education Quality and Evaluation in delivering final examinations, and a work plan to strengthen IEQE and IIE in their roles in delivering final examinations. The expert will develop analytical framework for current higher education enrolment practices, carry out and report on the analysis.
