Ljiljana Stojanovic, Editor of the Jug press from Leskovac, was inspired by the craft-ship of the Pirot city authorities to buy out an old watch-tower in the village of Dojkinci and later on transform it to the mountaineers’ house with the EU funds of cross-border cooperation. This is what she found on the spot.
