Statement by the EEAS Spokesperson on today’s bomb attack in Istanbul:
Istanbul’s tourist district has suffered another bomb attack and once again the consequences are dramatic. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and friends of those killed today and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
As the European Union, we reiterate our continuing solidarity and support to Turkey, confronted as the whole international community is by the threat of terrorism.
