Ruiz Calavera – RHP Important for Reconciliation In the Balkans

Regional Housing Programme is one of the main projects which helps us achieve peace, stability and reconcilation in the region, Director for the Western Balkans at the European Commission’s Directorate General for European Neighbourhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations Genoveva Ruiz Calavera says.

“This is an effort the EU is undertaking together with the countries of the region and other key partners. The European Union is the biggest donor in investing in this initiative. And we are not going to talk about millions. Millions are important because they demonstrate how politically committed we are to this important subject. But I want to talk about the people,” Ruiz Calavera says.
