The Head of the EU Delegation Ambassador Sem Fabrizi paid a visit to Belgrade’s Creative and Educational Centre, which works with children with disabilities.

“The Centre is a very important institution as it helps children to get education the market needs,” Ambassador Fabrizi said.

He spoke with Centre’s Director Margareta Kecman, schoolchildren with disabilities, their parents and teachers.

Fabrizi said that the EU would remain committed to supporting the Centre and underlined the importance of quality education for all children.

“It is one of the principles we apply to our work here in Serbia,” Fabrizi said.

Students of Ivo Lola Ribar high school from Kraljevo – winners of the Europa Diary contest and a prize trip to Budapest – also attended the gathering.

They made a presentation of their artworks and danced a traditional kolo dance with Ambassador Fabrizi.
