The five-member jury selected four winners from over 3,000 submitted photographs at the “Priroda u pozitivu” contest, organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia and the National Geographic magazine in Serbian.
The awards were given to:
1st place – Geza Farkas, Photo: Srne, Place of origin: Slano Kopovo
2nd place – Jan Valo, Photo: Jutro, Place of production: Ovcar
3rd place – Zoran Milutinović, Photography: Calculation, Place of origin: Stari Begej
Best mobile phone photo – Jana Kotnik, Photo: Trem, Venue: Suva planina
The best camera pictures will be rewarded with photo equipment vouchers, while a gimbal is provided for the best pictures taken on the phone.
The winning photos, as well as 15 shortlisted photos, will be on display at the Youth Center during the Green Fest in Belgrade, which begins on October 15, and a total of 29 best photos will be published in our e-publication.
Award winners, as well as those whose photographs were selected for exhibition and e-publication, will be notified via email. We congratulate the winners and thank all the participants for their great interest in the competition.
