“Supernatural park – from disposal site to park” project implemented on Ada Huja has been chosen one of the 25 most successful projects in Europe.
European Association for Information on Local Development (AIDEL) has chosen the “Supernatural park – from disposal site to park” project as one of the 25 most successful projects in Europe, Supernatural reported today.
Supernatural movement, in cooperation and with the support from the City and the Republic, as well as with the support from many other sponsors, managed to completely transform this former construction waste illegal disposal site into an ecological park on the bank of Danube.
Project’s main goal is to revitalise Ada Huja’s ecosystem, and to form Belgrade’s green area, focusing on cleaning the backwater which represents one of the biggest environmental problems of the city.
According to the statement, technical documentation is currently being prepared; it will point out further detailed steps for achieving the goal of recovering Ada Huja.
