Funded by the European Union with 2 million Euros, this project has successed in strengthening the capacity of the Department of Employment of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs and the National Employment Service, to speed up labour market reform in partnership with relevant stakeholders, in the process of accession to the European Union.
Three EU member states have been involved in this twinning project with their Serbian counterparts: France, Romania and Sweden.
Addressing the key issue of employment, this 26-month project has improved the capacities of national and local labour market institutions to make the Serbian Employment Policy more effective, in line with EU standards.
