In his video message, EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations said he was pleased with European Commission’s 2015 Enlargement Package conclusions and the progress made by Serbia. He highlighted Serbia’s intensive work to finish action plans on rule of law, key agreements with Kosovo, important steps in strengthening regional ties, economy reform plans, humane approach to refugee influx. “All of these are great and important steps which make the opening of first negotiating chapters more likely,“ said Commissioner Hahn.
