Last Thursday, EU Info Centre, in collaboration with Belgrade Marathon, organised a lecture for high school pupils, university students and all those interested to hear more on the subject of Health condition and physical abilities of sport enthusiasts.

Lecturers were Prof. Dr Goran Radjen from General Hospital Medigroup and Dr Nikola Cikiriz, President of Medical Board of the Athletic Federation of Serbia.

EU Info Centre hosted high school pupils of Sports and the Zemun Grammar School, as well as students of Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Political Sciences and Faculty of Law.

This initiative is part of the programme organised by EU Info Centre and its partners on the occasion of April, EU Month of Health. This year has been proclaimed European Year of Development and each of its months is dedicated to a particular EU strategic topic.

EU Info Centre has also signed its EU Running Team up for participation.

All employees of the EU Delegation/EU Member States’ embassies, who are interested to participate in this year’s marathon, half marathon and the Race of Pleasure as part of the EU Running Team, can sign up at EU Info Centre in Dom omladine, the location of Belgrade Marathon Registration Centre itself.
