High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini called the participants of today’s OSCE Ministerial Conference in Belgrade to take constructive action and engage in cooperation to address conflicts and combat terrorism.

Mogherini said that terrorism might affect any country and nation, regardless of its ethnic background.

According to her, before fighting the ISIS it is necessary to end the war in Syria, and to end it, mutual trust within the international community is needed.

Mogherini said the EU should find a way to tackle migrant crisis because no country could deal with it alone.

Europe should engage and prevent criminal organisations to exploit refugees, Mogherini said at the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting.
