We are disappointed with the disruption yesterday, following an act of provocation, of the Serbia v Albania football match. Serbian authorities demonstrated professionalism in handling the situation.
We reject suggestions in parts of the Serbian media of any EU role in this. We consider that politics should not be driven by stadium provocations. We stress the importance of regional cooperation and welcome the planned visit of PM Rama to Serbia.
