Mr Oliver Varheyli, the European Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement will be visiting Serbia on 30th May.

After his arrival at the Nikola Tesla airport in Belgrade, Commissioner Varheyli will be meeting the President of the Republic of Serbia , H.E. Aleksandar Vucic to visit the construction site of the Tirsova 2 children’s hospital. The construction of the hospital benefits from a non-refundable donation of the EU that amounts to over 35 million Euros. The EU Delegation will issue a fact sheet with all project details during the event. The project site is part of the hospital complex in the centre of Belgrade in Deligradska Street in close vicinity of the “Klinicki centar” which has recently opened thanks to a credit of the European Investment Bank.

Media accreditation for the event at the project site are to be done via the Presidency of Serbia’s press office.

Following the visit at Tirsova 2, Commissioner Varhelyi and President Vucic will have a joint diner.
