Fifty-four houses in Obrenovac, Krupanj, Svilajnac, Varvarin, Paraćin, Gornji Milanovac, Bajina Bašta, Šid, Smederevo and Mionica have been constructed, while 682 flood affected homes have been rehablitated in Obrenovac, Krupanj, Kraljevo, Lazarevac, Svilajnac, Trstenik, Varvarin, Valjevo, Mali Zvornik, Ljubovija, Šabac, Bajina Bašta, Šid, Loznica, Smederevska Palanka, Velika Plana, Čačak, Ub, Koceljeva, Jagodina and Paraćin.
The construction works are in the finishing stage on some 50 family houses. This is the part of private housing reconstruction process for the total of some 950 in 30 municipalities funded through the European Union Assistance for Flood Relief in Serbia Programme which is well underway.
The provision of grants for micro and small enterprises is ongoing. The delivery of equipment and raw material for restoring of the income generation activities is being conducted during January and February 2015. Within this lot, greenhouses will be delivered to the selected agriculture entrepreneurs, while equipment and raw material will be provided to the affected businesses.
More than 25 selected farming families shall receive milking equipment during February 2015. This will enable them to restore milking production on small farms affected by the floods in May 2014. In addition to this, more than 7,800 agriculture producers will receive spring crops seed (barley, peas, red clover, lucerne and maize) during March 2015.
