Open Call for Offices for Youth or Youth Clubs located in the counties of South Bačka, Zlatibor, North Bačka, Pčinja, Raška, Pirot, Pomoravlje, and the City of Belgrade with its town councils; deadline for submission of applications is Wednesday, February 26th.

The Belgrade Centre for Human Rights in cooperation with Lawyers’ Committee for Human Rights (YUCOM), Centre for Theatre Research (ApsArt) and Beta Media Centre (MBC), open a public call for participation in theUnpacking programme 2014/2015, which aims to connect youngsters from different parts of Serbia.

The call is directed towards Offices for Youth or Youth Clubs from several counties and municipalities, with the deadline for submission of applications on Wednesday, February 26th.

The Unpacking 2014/2015 programme is organised with the expert guidance provided by Ministry of Youth and Sports and it will bring together twelve Offices for Youth or Youth Clubs from different parts of Serbia. The project is funded by EU Support to the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society.

The programme is aimed to stimulate cooperation among the youth hailing from mono and mixed-ethnic  environments as well as to contribute to development of study programmes of these Offices or Clubs.

“Unpacking” process will be initiated in the form of cultural packages which bring together all of the relevant youth topics so that youngsters can represent themselves and their communities. Cultural package is a real thing and its role is viewing the richness of diversity through positive attitude.

Following activities will be covered and promoted by national and local media, promotional material and social networks. For the purposes of the programme, there will be a Facebook application created.

The programme will be implemented through two actions: drafting the cultural packages within the community and organising regional exchanges aiming for getting to know other participants.

Open call for participation is directed towards Offices for Youth or Youth Clubs located  in the counties of South Bačka, Zlatibor, North Bačka, Pčinja, Raška, Pirot, Pomoravlje, and the City of Belgrade with its town councils.

On the basis of general and motivational criteria within the application form, twelve Offices or Clubs will be elected to become the part of this programme.

Filled application form should be sent to otpakivanje@bgcentar.org.rs no later than February 26th 2014. 

The results of the call will be available in early March 2014
