On Friday, 6 June, Europe House Novi Sad, in cooperation with the Novi Sad Cycling Initiative, is organising a joint cycling tour along one of Europe’s most iconic cycling routes – EuroVelo 6.

The gathering point is at 5 p.m. in Liman Park, Subin Plateau, from where the ride will begin. The route leads toward Futog and, depending on participants’ enthusiasm, may continue as far as Begečka Jama. Along the way, breaks are planned for socialising, idea exchange, and inspiration for future joint initiatives. After a short rest, the group will return to the city via the same route.

This event is organised as part of EU Green Week, which this year runs under the slogan “Circular Solutions for a Competitive Europe”, focusing on the role of the circular economy in sustainable economic transition. The EU Delegation to Serbia is actively marking this week through cooperation with local partners and numerous activities across the country.

The cycling tour also aims to promote the EuroVelo 6 route along the Danube – as a symbol of sustainable mobility, ecotourism, and regional connectivity.

Join the ride and support green change!
