As many as 13 Serbian organisations will take part in 14 projects supported under the 2018 European Cooperation Projects call for proposals. The organisation Turbo strip from Belgrade will for the first time take part in one of the projects under the Creative Europe programme, acting as the project leader. It will be in charge of the TURBULATOR (Generator of Turbulent Art Brut Practices), implementing the project together with fellow organisations from Belgium, Portugal and France.

The following are the 13 organisations which will act as project partners:

  • Tačka komunikacije (Communication Point) from Belgrade; project: Parallel Traces “A new lens for Jewish Heritage”
  • Serbian National Theatre from Novi Sad; project: CrossOpera. Otherness: fear and discovery
  • Kuda.org from Novi Sad; project: Vectors of Collective Imagination
  • Etnofest from Subotica; project: 2020 Troubadours
  • Dah Theatre from Belgrade; two projects: MAUERSPRINGER (Jumping walls) New forms of artistic expression and participation in European street theatre and Rights4kids – Theatre Performances to promote the Convention on the Rights of the Child
  • Kulturanova from Novi Sad; two projects: Port of Dreamers and Play! MOBILE
  • Mikser and Nova Iskra from Belgrade; project: MADE IN-Crafts and Design Narratives
  • PerArt from Novi Sad; project: Europe beyond Access
  • United Artist Labour; project: Create to Connect -> Create to Impact
  • Centre for the Promotion of Science from Belgrade; project: European ARTificial Intelligence Lab
  • Novi Sad Student Cultural Centre; project: Be SpectACTive!

The results of a separate EYCH2018 CfP were published in May. In total, Serbian organisations will act as project leaders in four and participate in 19 partnership projects. Full list of EU-supported projects will be published on the European Commission’s web-site.
