This faculty organizes the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral studies for about 1.200 students at four divisions: Mining engineering, Metallurgical engineering, Technological engineering and Engineering management.

Using modern equipment during classes, students will have an opportunity to conduct experiments and apply learned theory in practice. This new equipment will help raise the quality of the teaching and it will also be used for preparation ofbetter quality undergraduate and graduate theses, and PhD dissertations.

New equipment will provide numerous opportunities both for students and educational staff. Research work of both the fundamental and applied type will be improved which will result inpublishing of more qualityscientific papers and effected cooperation with many educational and scientific institutions.

Graduated students of Technical faculty in Bor have found employment at mines, flotations, smelters, electrolysis, foundries, jewelry, thermal treatment and other metallurgical companies, chemical, environmental, consulting companies, home and abroad. The aim of the Faculty is that graduates from this faculty to be in the same range as engineers from any European university and this equipment will help to accomplish the mission.
