First media articles written within the scope of the project Pulse of Europe – Media Trips to EU were published in October 2020. The author, Miljan Paunović, journalist of the Media Start Info web portal researched the topic of employment policy in Germany, with a special emphasis on youth employment.

In a series of four articles published from 8 to 30 October 2020, the author made a comparative analysis with the youth employment policy in Serbia. In a separate article, Paunović explored what are the obligations envisaged under the Negotiating Chapter 19 (Social policy and employment) that Serbia needs to meet on its path to the EU. In line with the project’s amended programme of activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, the journalistic work was based on online activities. The visit of the same author to Germany is planned for 2021, after travel restrictions are lifted, with the aim of continuation of exploring the same topic.
