We invite you to the talk “The Future of Food” which will be held on Thursday, October 26, at 6 pm at the Svilara Cultural Station (Đorđa Rajkovića 6b). This event is an opportunity to learn about the latest technologies that are shaping the future of food production.
“The Future of Food” is an event organized by the EU info point Novi Sad as part of the Green Series, in cooperation with the BioSens Institute.
Researchers from the BioSens Institute of the University of Novi Sad and Wageningen University and Research Institute from the Netherlands will share their knowledge and experience with you, answering questions about how technology is revolutionizing food production. You will learn how these innovations allow us to consume safe foods while reducing costs at the same time. You will learn about the post-harvest system, its importance and application in the Netherlands, which is a leader in European agriculture, as well as the role of the BioSens Institute in the development of this system in Serbia. You will also get an insight into the cooperation of scientists through the ANTARES project, whose purpose is to create sustainable agriculture.
